Warranty/Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us in it's original condition within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Any unopened Greetings Cards in it's original condition returned within 14 days of receipt of your order will receive a full refund.
We ask that you email us with the reason for return, so that we can make sure that the same problem doesn't occur again. If you are unable to do this then please could you include a note with your return indicating the reason for your return. Include the packing slip, and box the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate your name, address and order number on a separate piece of paper. And send the parcel back to the address on your invoice.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost items during transit; We do reccommend that you ship by Royal Mail special Delivery, which offers a tracking number.
Items Received as a Gift
If a greetings card has been damaged after being sent to you as a gift we will not be able to offer a refund unless it has been sent to you directly from Jilly's Creations
Refunds
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received the returned item/s
Please note: We can only refund the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
